Counsellor Directory
This innovative membership service serves to promote business information about your counselling practice, specialized services and skills as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and business logo. With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Description
Sarah is a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC) and a member of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA), specializing in perinatal mental health, anxiety, and life transitions. With a strong background in both counselling and birth work, she brings a unique understanding of the emotional complexities that come with TTC, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. She also works with young professionals and individuals experiencing anxiety, helping them find balance, confidence, and peace in their daily lives.
Sarah’s approach to counselling is warm, client-centered, and rooted in connection. She integrates a collection of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), to provide tailored support that meets each client’s unique needs. Her goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can explore their emotions, gain clarity, and move toward healing.
When she's not supporting clients, Sarah is off chasing wild adventures across North America - camping under the stars, exploring breathtaking landscapes (her favorite Moab, Utah), and making unforgettable memories with her little family. Winding mountain roads, discovering hidden lakes, and experiencing the inevitable chaos that comes with traveling as a family, she embraces the adventure, knowing that the best moments are often the messy, unpredictable ones that a fulfilling life is built on.
